Application  
These ® fiber-optic cables are characterized by a stranded construction with jelly filling. They are made waterproof in longitudinal direction by filling a jelly mass into the stranding cavities. Non-metallic tension elements and a second outer jacket made of polyamide (PA) ensure above average strain relief and rodent protection. This construction is particularly used in the area of telecommunication and long distance, but also in regular channels and tubes where rodent infestation is possible.
