Application
The FOUNDATION '· field bus is essentially a field bus standard that is geared towards process automation and that is open
and not manufacturer-specific. Functionally, it represents a complete field bus solution for use in temperature and pressure
sensors, valve controllers etc. There are currently two different specifications: H1 for continuous process control at 31.25
kbiVs and HSE for the higher-order distributed process control at 100 MbiVs.
