Brass Compression Fittings

Compression Tube Fittings
(Do NOT flare tubing)

To Install:

1. Slip Tubing through Nut and Sleeve
2. Insert Tubing into Fitting Up To Shoulder
3. Tighten Nut - This Action Spins the Sleeve A Component of the Tubing

SAE Flared Tube Fittings

To Install:

1. Slide Flare Nut on Tubing
2. Flare Tubing
3. Screw Flare Nut on Tubing This Seals the Flared End Of Tubing Between the Nut and the Fitting

AIR BRAKE

To Install:

1. Cut Tubing to Desired Length
2. Slide Nut & Sleeve on Tubing
3. Insert Tubing into Fitting and Make Sure It Bottoms On Shoulder
4. Wrench Tighten Nut.

AIR BRAKE REUSEABLE HOSE

To Install:

1. Slide Nut on to Hose.
2. Slide Sleeve on to Hose with Tapered Edge toward Fitting Body.
3. Bottom Hose into Fitting.
4. Tighten Nut Until It Contacts Body Hex.
5. If Reassembling, Do Not Reuse Sleeve.
