Bio Oil Resistant Cables: Overview
|
Resistant against biologically decomposable oils!
These cables were need due to the growing demand for these industrial applications, especially from the automobile manufactures. Mineral-Oil industry answered the call for this by developing special bio-degradable industrial lubricants, greases and hydraulic fluids.
While gentle on the environment, these bio-oils are aggressive and can cause the insulation and jacket materials to swell and decompose.
Specially modified polymers are used here for the conductor insulaltion and the jacket materials. |

In the laboratory, these special compounds have been subjected to extreme testing according to VDMA requirements and VDE specifications.
We have made sure that our cable can resist bio-oils by doing excessive endurance testing.
With our EMC(EMI) shielded type we carry stock for both the flexible and high-flexible versions to cover the demand from our customers at short notice.
