Heat-resistant Cables
High or low temperatures, heat and cold influences, permanent temperature changes demand cable types with special conductor and jacket insulation depending on the different applications.
HELUKABEL® supply these indispensable special cables which are used in power stations, iron works, steel-works and rolling mill, in foundries, cement, glass and construction and shipbuilding, in brickworks, kitchen appliances, measuring and heat appliances as well as in many other areas. Depending on their individual temperature limits these cables are split in different resistant classes which cover temperature ranges from -190° C to +1200° C. The different insulation classes into which these cables are split, is affected as per VDE 0530 part 1 in the classes Y, A, E, B, F, H, C.

Single Conductors
Single conductors are necessary for efficient use in switch cabinets wiring or cable assemblies. PVC, Silicone, Fluorinated polymer or Rubber insulated, with plain or tinned copper conductors. HELUKABEL® has a large stock with nearly all popular color combinations.

Single Conductors are dispatched in cardboard boxes, coils, non-returnable reels or in cardboard barrels. Several sizes of reels or barrels are available.

Compensating Cables
Compensating cables are an essential part of exact and precise measuring capabilities. They are used as extension leads from thermo coupling elements to the measuring gauge.
Compensating cables are made up of a positive and negative conductor, which at a thermo-coupler temperature of up to 200°C / 392°F, retain the same properties as Thermo pair according to DIN 43710.

Medium Voltage Power Cables up to 30 kV with XLPE-insulation
The XLPE-insulation possesses very good electrical, mechanical and thermal characteristics, excellent chemical resistance and is resistant to cold.
Due to various advantages, the XLPE insulated type has vastly displaced the traditional classical paper insulated types in many sectors.
The XLPE-insulated medium voltage cables are longitudinally water-proof.
In comparison to PVC and paper-insulated cables, the XLPE-insulated medium voltage power cables are possessing a low dielectric factor. The good properties of these cables remain constant at a long temperature range. Suitable for installation in ground, outdoors or in tubes.

Spiral Cables
If you use PCV or PUR cables, the color of the feeder may mostly be brought into line with the object. Even copper shielded cables are available.
PVC spiral cables:
Low mechanical and chemical load rating, medium retraction force.
PUR spiral cables:
The optimal solution in most areas of application. Chemically, mechanically, thermally and optically (different colors) excellent. Very good retraction force.
Neoprene spiral cables:
The most robust feeder. Available only in black. Very good retraction force.
The use of spiral cables will be necessary in almost all market segments. Whether communication (telephone, radio) or medical technology, motor vehicle industry, mechanical engineering etc. or as feeder in lamp industry, spiral cables are used everywhere.
