Feedback cables are used
in machinery and control construction as well as in plant
engineering as these enable an excellent transmission of
data and signals.
The incremental feedback-cables or the position feedback
cables transmit the control impulse for positioning and
operating characteristics of servomotors. These cables
are used as connecting cable for tachometer, brakes and
impulse sender for heavy mechanical stresses in plants,
machine tools as well as in control and automation technique. |

VFD Motor Cables: Overview

VFD (Feedback Variable Frequency) Motor Cables are suitable
for flexible and fixed installation subjected to medium
mechanical stresses.
The optimized outside diameter, reduced weight and excellent torsion characteristics
facilitate use in multi-shift operation with extreme alternating bending stress
cycles.
They are
designed for use in power drag chains, handling equipment,
robotics, tooling machinery, processing and manufacturing
machinery.

Robotic Cables: Overview

A multitude of applications
needs the inset of particular special cable constructions.
Corresponding to the customers requirements those
cables may be constructed with different stranding
elements and cross-sections of the cable. In
this case we are speaking about combination or
hybrid cables. Application technical reasons
may require using different insulating materials,
choosing special stranding types or special shielding,
for example multiple or mixed shielding. Even a combination with coaxial
cables is possible. |

We supply from PVC up to fluorine plastic material
or polyethylene.
Conductor materials
We offer solid copper, tinned, nickel or silver
plated copper as well as conductor of pure
nickel stranded wires and also alloys like

Track Cables: Overview
 |
These cables are
specially designed for combined torsion and bending
stresses. They are employed both for power supply
and for the transmission of control and monitoring
signals.
They are used in assembly and welding robots, in
handling and automation centers, in transport and
conveyor equipment, and on turntables and swivel
tables.

In other words, anywhere where there is
no defined cable routing with only alternating
bending cycles in one plane, such as in drag chains.
It goes without saying
